Cancellation Terms and conditions From 1/1/2016

Group and accomodation bookings
  • When a booking is ordered we require a deposit payment of 50% of the total invoice amount.
  • When the deposit/ advanced payment is paid the booking will be confirmed.
  • Full payment is required before the ordered activity begins.
  • When there is a ”no show” an invoice will be sent for the full amount of the ordered activity. The deposit/ advanced payment will not be refunded.
  • The person who orders the event is reponsible for the number of patisipants attending the event.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be done in writing to Beito Aktiv og Skiskole.
Advanced payments will be refunded according to the following conditions.
  • 14 days before arrival or earlier 100%
  • Later then 7 days before arrival 0%
  • Cancellation because of sickness 50%
Tour opperators and travel agencies
  • After a booking is made a deposit invoice for 50% of the total amount will be sent. When the deposit/ advanced payment is recieved the booking will be confirmed.
  • An invoice for the remaining amount will be sent which must be paid in full at least 30 days before arrival.
  • If the booking is made less then 30 days in advance a invoice for the full amound will be sent, once the payment is recieved the booking will be confirmed.
