About Alex

Growing up in Northern England, Alex learnt to ski and snowboard from a young age on England’s artificial plastic ski slopes. She first came to Beitostølen in 2010 where she worked as a Ski Guide for a British tour operator. Following her love for snow, she then worked winter seasons in Japan and Australia as a snowsports instuctor. Now back in Norway, Alex works for us as an Instructor in teaching Snowboard, Alpine, Adaptive and Cross Country ski lessons. She also is a trainer for the DNS Alpine and Snowboard Level 1 courses. When she is not skiing or snowboarding, Alex spends pretty much all her time training her “trainee” search & rescue dog Ted.
